    Deep fried chicken smothered in Nashville hot sauce on top of a house-made waffle, served with house pickles, a side of syrup and Alabama white sauce.
    Vegetarian option with a large Portobello or oyster mushroom (chef’s choice) Vegan option with no butter in the sauce.

    Peach bourbon and ricotta crepes on a bed of mixed berry compote with sliced peaches, dusted with powdered sugar.
  • Avocado Toast – $10, with egg add $2
    Two pieces of Texas Toast with guacamole, pico de gallo, crema, queso fresco, picked red onion and garnished with cilantro. Can be made vegan.
  • Thick-Cut Texas Toast French Toast – $15
